Can I cancel my order?

If you make a mistake when placing your order do not worry - it happens! Get in touch with us by email or phone and we will do our best to cancel it before shipping. If your order is cancelled same day, your card will not be charged. If the artwork has already shipped, we will try and return it in transit. If this is not possible we will have it collected and sent back to the artist free of charge once delivered. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs once the work has been shipped.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 day returns policy which applies for damaged works as well. Please note that any refunds need to be requested within this time frame,and keep the goods in great condtion for full refund excluding shipping charge.

When does the refund get issued?

We'll process your refund once the artist has received the artwork and checked that it's in good condition.
